Dejana Mutavdžin
Dejana Mutavdžin is a Ph.D. student of psychology at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Belgrade, where she has completed her undergraduate and master academic studies.
Her research interest is in the relationship between different types of abilities, giftedness in non-academic domains and opportunities for their acknowledgement in the educational process. Through cooperation with the Regional Center for Talented Youth Belgrade 2, among other institutions, she had the opportunity to acquire and apply her knowledge in supporting gifted students. She is one of the founders of the company for educational consulting – Luminis, d.o.o. By participating in national and international projects she has developed, and continues to develop, her professional competencies. On three occasions, she was co-secretary of a national conference program committee, and once a member of the organizing committee of an international conference.
She has published two scientific papers, one of which is co-authored. At international and national conferences, in the country and abroad, as well as at conferences by invitation, she has presented eight oral presentations, independently and in co-authorship, two of which were published as conference proceedings.
